Many people feel that their mental health is closely connected to natural elements such as the environment and animals. Many mental health professionals believe that interacting with nature can improve a person's mental health. However, not everyone agrees that these elements are beneficial to human mental health. Essentially, not all of our ideas about how nature affects our mental health are scientific. In this essay, we'll discuss the ways in which nature affects our mental well-being.

When we're happy, healthy and confident, we feel a sense of belonging to the world. We feel part of the world when we appreciate nature's beauty and wonders.
